Our History

The Evoca brands have been perfecting the art of making great machines for close to a century.

About Evoca Group

N&W Global Vending was officially created in 2000 from the merger of Wittenborg and Necta Vending Solutions and rebranded as Evoca in 2017.

The company didn’t wait long before its first expansion in 2007 when they acquired SGL Italia.

In 2017 they merged with Cafection and acquired Ducale and Saeco Vending. Saeco Vending was renamed SaGa Coffee to become the home of Saeco Professional and Gaggia Professional. Finally, in 2018, Quality Espresso S.A. was acquired.

Evoca North America

Our North American journey began in 1996 with the creation of Cafection. It started as a small family business, but on the foundations of high-end product quality, continuous innovation and state-of-the-art customer service, Cafection became an OCS market leader in the 2010’s.

Necta and Wittenborg were introduced in 2012 by N&W Vending Solutions and presented an early adopter solution for the growing espresso trend. In 2017, the merger with Evoca Group brought Cafection, Necta and Wittenborg together in a complete, extensive OCS line-up. Our potential also expanded substantially, which led to the introduction of Saeco in 2018 and Gaggia in 2020, adding foodservice espresso machines.

In 2022, we became Evoca North America to best represent our offering, but our family business roots still define who we are today.

The final touch to our all coffee solutions in one place.
