Territory Sales Managers
Ten Territory Sales Managers are actively present in their own assigned region. Each one is specialized in either OCS or Foodservice, giving our customers access to the expertise they need for their market. But each one of them is trained on our entire line-up giving them the ability to easily pinpoint the perfect solution for every singular situation, particularly the unconventional, “out-of-the-box” ones.
The geographical assignment means to work with the same Territory Sales Manager, allowing for the development of great relationships that benefit all parties.
Customer Service & Technical Support

Technical Sales Lead
Our team of four Technical Sales Lead is specially trained and have a really deep technical knowledge of our machines. They support our customers’ technical teams with personalized training, coaching and machine installation to name a few.
A Technical Sales Lead can also travel quickly because, in some cases there is nothing like being on-site to assess the situation properly.
Inside Sales Representatives
These people go above and beyond in making sure everything falls into place exactly as requested by our customers.
They are available to answer any question related to the sales process, from the first inquiries to the product delivery.
